Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the websites and services operated by Unsupervised Learning ("we," "our," or "us"), including unsupervised-learning.com, human3.unsupervised-learning.com, and related properties, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Description of Services

Unsupervised Learning provides educational content, consulting services, community access, and digital products related to artificial intelligence, security, and personal development. Specific offerings include but are not limited to newsletter subscriptions, membership programs (such as Human 3.0), and consulting engagements.

Accounts and Authentication

When you create an account with us:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

For paid services:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through Stripe.
• Access period: Your subscription grants access to content and services for the duration of the billing period (one year from purchase date).
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. Refund requests should be sent to the contact email listed below. Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed back to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, curriculum materials, and software, is the intellectual property of Unsupervised Learning or its content creators and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may access and use content for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
• You may not share your account or login credentials to give others access to paid content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access our content without permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
